I recently came across this wonderful memoir - A Memory of Farming & Veterinary Practice in Bygone Days in South Mayo by Pat (P J) Daly narrated to Joe Connolly MRCVS.

Pat practiced as a veterinary surgeon in Ballinrobe from 1947 to the 90's and his book is packed with wonderful stories and memories of various incidents during his practice.

This is a flip book, easy to read and can be enlarged. Enjoy
