Great photo. The photo is taken outside Watsons home & Garage on High Street. The photo has been printed or scanned the wrong way round. I think the text is saying Bob a Job Week 1978 (or 1979 with a correction). The building at the right is the old Forge, it and the houses in the background are at the top of Castlebar Road and should be to the left of the image
