'The Assumption'

This panel depicts Mary’s body and soul ascending into heaven. Mary’s figure is elevated above the upturned faces of three saints with one grey-haired woman facing forward. Mary is dressed in royal blue and turquoise robes with her scarlet lined cloak being supported by angels.

The predella: depicts Mary at the centre holding the baby Jesus, surrounded by her immediate family. Each of their names is inscribed within their halos.
